Wrong shipping address

I accidentally included an old shipping address on my order instead of my current address. Is it possible to change this online?

I did the same thing. I called customer service twice. One person said they will put in a cancel request because they cant make any changes once the order is placed but that my order might still be shipped. The other said to contact them once I had a tracking number so they can cancel it. Im a little worried because im concerned about them sending out my order and not being able to get a refund.
