Wrong sample

Very annoyed I got the wrong samples! I ordered the Tom ford sample which is still available right now and got face peeling pads that aren’t even up to sample that I don’t use! They even gave me two to like try and make up for not giving me the Tom ford sample that’s still available right now ugh  I got the perfume specifically cause I wanted to try it before I bought it and stores aren’t giving out samples anymore!!!

Very annoyed! Why give me something I didn’t order when it’s still available to put in your inbox? 

is it true staff is keeping the better samples and giving out what is overstocked?

This is listed on our website here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/samples-promotion#FreeSamples And on our samples page here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/free-beauty-samples It is likely that the samples you selected went out of stock at the distribution center your order was shipped from. We understand this may be disappointing and we apologize we were unable to send the ones you originally selected at checkout!
