Wrong sample

I received the wrong sample on my latest order. Is there a way to get the correct sample sent to me. I know they are free but I was really looking forward trying the shampoo & conditioner I picked. TIA

I'm sorry to hear you received the incorrect sample! Please note, substitutions will be made for out of stock samples. I understand this may be disappointing and I apologize we weren't able to send the one that you selected!
