Wrong sample bag

I received the wrong sample bag (promotion "bagofcheer") in my order. I ordered Prep for the Holiday Card, but received Find Your Chill, most of which I can't use due to my sensitive skin. Is the bag I ordered out of stock, or did I just receive the wrong one? Thank you!
