Wrong preset address?

When placing my order I always use "same as billing address" but this time it used an old address that is impossible for me to get to/don't use anymore

I asked for help and got an automated message saying it can't be changed, etc. , and that I can return my items with the receipt in the package....... I'm not sure how this makes sense... I've lost money/product now that could be taken? I don't understand why this isn't an easy fix.......
