Wrong order recieved

After shopping during the VIB Rogue sale and placing an online order, I received my order only to find that the packing slip in the box was correct but all of the items contained in the box were incorrect and not what I ordered.  I have called customer service and they've suggested I pack up the incorrect items, pay shipping and send the items back before my correct order is sent to me. This is simply unacceptable, judging from the fact I didn't pack and ship the incorrect order myself. How do I get this remedied?
