Wrong order received

At the end of December I ordered Kat Von D’s lock-it colour correcting eyeshadow primer, but when I received the package in January it had a conditioner inside although it came with the correct packaging slip. I talked to my local store and sent the item back with a return label but I received an email saying they couldn’t locate the item in my purchasing history, so I assume whoever checked was looking for the conditioner, and I didn’t order the conditioner. Would it be possible for me to get the item I actually ordered? Thank you!
