Wrong items sent and refund denied

I was denied a refund for an order totalling $565CAD, I received the wrong order/items and called customer service, the agent generated me a refund label and marked as “incorrect items” then I hear back that my refund was denied due to the items returned not matching my order history. Of course it would match, cause Sephora sent me the wrong items in the first place. It’s so frustrating. I called Sephora and supervisor Tiffany confirmed that the warehouse received my return and that it’s all in good condition as that there’s no reason that I shouldn’t get my refund, then submitted a review, only to hear back today that its been denied for the same reason “products doesn’t match my order”…. I need my refund now, before I open a chargeback and I will be going on social media about this
