Wrong item...so disappinting

After months of considering buying the Dyson hair dryer I finally decided to buy it. I was so excited when I got the notice that it was delivered, but when I opened the Sephora box...it was the wrong item! I received a Moroccanoil ready, set, hydrate instead...so disappointing! I immediately called Sephora and after 40 minutes, they ordered the Dyson hair dryer for me again (they also sent me a label to send back the item I wrongly received). They didn’t even said “sorry for the inconvenience”. One week after, and I’m still waiting for my product (I’m subscribed to the Sephora FLASH) and have to find the time to go to the US postal service to return the item...ugh.
