Wrong and/or missing samples?

I received my package today and for the second time in a row the samples I ordered aren’t in there. I got a weird men’s cologne that is useless to me and a hair oil … I was expecting two perfume samples I was looking forward to before I bought a full size! So disappointed 😕

 

Is this a common issue or am I getting unlucky?

I'm sorry to hear that! Please note, substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples. This is listed on our website here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/samples-promotion#FreeSamples And on our samples page here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/free-beauty-samples Additionally, we will send any samples that are available at the time your order is being packed. I understand this is disappointing and I apologize we were unable to send the ones you originally selected at checkout!

I got the correct samples in the order I got today, but the last time I got samples I didn't want/couldn't use.
