Wrong address

Hi! I've just placed an order on Dec 11and now the status is Shipped. But I want to change my shipping address how can I do ? Besides, can I change the order? I want to change the color of the lipstick. Also I live outside US I cannot contact sephora via phone. Thank you very much!
