Wrong address entered

I accidentally placed a order with the wrong address on the 1st of December. I called immediately to get it changed but was on hold toolong that the order moved from placed to in process and they couldn’t doanything until it shipped. I called back once it shipped and they called the shipping company and supposedly changed it. But today I received an email that my order was out for delivery in Virginia and was delivered there to the wrong address. I don’t live in that state anymore. I haveno way of getting the package and now I am worried about someone opening it and getting my info. I am out the money and the products. What can I do? I’ve contacted them over and over again and no one is helping me.
