Wrong Shipping address

Hi everyone, I recently made a pretty big order. The order status says its still in progress but I just realized my old address defaulted as the shipping address (even though I remember putting the new one). I no longer live in that same city so I have no idea how to get access to my order. Ive talked to customer support and they said theres nothing they could do and wait until the package is delivered and then reach out to sephora again. But I dont want to risk the new homeowners taking it and I cant just throw away money just like that😭 

Im a bit frustrated because the package hasnt shipped yet and for a company so big, youd think theres some way to help customers out. Does anyone know what I could do? Thank you.
