Wrong Shipping Address

I ordered items total of  $124.75 on 10-22-2021. I just checked that the shipping address is my old address and the shipment is in transit now. I wanted to intercept the package to deliver to my new address, but there is no option for me to change the shipping address at this moment. Can you please help me with the correcting shipping address??
