Wrong Shipping Address Entered & Delivered

Hi, I ordered $81 worth of beauty products from Sephora on Feb 10th, 2018

   and after a few days, I realized I entered my old address (same state, city, zip code - just different streets). However, it was already shipped to the wrong address I entered when I found out. 

I constantly kept up to date with where my package was, so I could go pick it up from the wrong address as soon as it arrived, however, when I visited the apartment office - they told me that they've already sent it back to the original sender, in this case, Sephora. (this was on Feb 16th)

So the day of, I checked the Sephora website to see if my order detail/status had changed to return, and I also checked the UPS website, however, I didn't see any change in the status. I just assumed that it wasn't updated yet since I checked on the same day it was delivered, waited until Saturday and I still didn't see a change so I called customer service. 

The lady who assisted me was very sweet, however, she also said the same thing - that she could not see a confirmation of my package being resent back to the sender - Sephora. 

She told me to wait a few days, so I did and I checked again today. (Feb 19th)

However, I still do not see any changes to my order detail. 

I understand that this has happened because I entered the wrong address, but I would appreciate if I could receive a refund, or if Sephora could send me my order to a different address that I am located at. 

 

My order number is and my tracking number for UPS is.

I would really appreciate it if I could get a response asap because the only reason why I ordered from Sephora online is because I had so many bad encounters with the staff in the stores. 

I've already been disappointed once in the stores, and if the online version also disappoints me I don't think I'll be using Sephora anymore.

Yes! I talked to someone, and she was very very sweet and understanding about the whole situation. 

UPS also contacted me that they are currently investigating where my package is and confirmed that they will send it back to Sephora once they find it, so I was able to get my package resent to me!
