Wrong Samples!

I received 3 samples with my order and they are NOT what I picked. Why give sample choices when they're going to give you totally a different thing. Like really Sephora!

This is a pure inventory management issue. If they don't have enough of particular samples they should automatically take it down on their website. Not receiving correct samples combined with delayed shipping (2 day shipping is a joke) and products often being out of stock after you have ordered them, gives you a glimpse into their ability to manage the inventory. Given the amount of SKUs they have, they should have much better inventory management if they want to retain customers. It's very offputting, like dismissing the customer, when not getting the right stuff at the right time. It's like they are taking advantage of customers. This type of an organization does not last very long as alternative companies come into the field. I have begun ordering from Saks, Neiman, etc. They have free 1-2'day delivery and they do deliver on time AND the right samples. Plus their free goody bags are much better than Sephora's.

Same thing happened to me!! !! I really thought this was just me and never assumed it would be anyone else. I've been shopping with Sephora for years and this was the first time so I can't actually be angry about it. I ended up liking the argan luminizing that I purchased the full size

Its ridiculous. I NEVER get the ones I pick. Why give us a choice?

This happens to me all the time. They also randomly forget to send any samples! When I made a complaint after the fourth time they basically said samples are a bonus so oh well if you didn't get them.

I've forgotten to add my samples and when I call they always give me 100points. That's not bad if you ask me
