Wrong Samples Sent

I received samples that I didn’t choose. I was really looking forward to trying out the fragrance samples. How can I exchange what I received for what I had chosen?

It’s confusing why the samples can’t be updated like every other product on the website. The samples were still listed as available days after this message. Disappointing

Hi @makistler! We have multiple distribution centers and it is likely that the samples you selected at checkout went out of stock at the distribution center your order was shipped from. (They may still be available at our other distribution centers.) I'm sorry for your disappointment and that we were unable to send the ones you selected!

Hi, i was also sent the incorrect sample is there any way I can exchange it at a later time? I ordered a Tom Ford sample, which I was very excited for, and received a Chanel sample so I was very disappointed.

@hexgirlheidi We do have to make substitutions if sample is unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment!
