Wrong Samples/0 Samples/Opened Beauty Offers

I keep receiving either wrong samples or 0 samples. 😞 Customer service has been no help either and I always get "accidentally" hung up on. Most people say deal with it or get the samples in store, however, whenever I go to the store the employees are rude and act as if I am putting them out when I ask them for a sample of something. If I am going to spend over $70 on something, I would love to try it first to make sure I don't have a skin reaction! I also have been receiving opened & damaged beauty offers that I have been redeeming online. 😞 (Forget about redeeming in store, they never let me, even though some say you can redeem in store!) I pray that they have not been used, however, when I receive them, they are open and spilled all over. It is ridiculous. I spend a lot of money at Sephora and supporting them, however sometimes I feel like maybe I should take my business elsewhere, where I know I will receive new items, samples that I ask for and not damaged/leaking beauty offers.

Hello Marrrryyyyy, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having!  The free samples are a great way to try new products, and we do our best to ensure that you receive them.  Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that you receive the exact samples selected, as the stock can change depending on which warehouse your order is being packaged at, but you should be receiving at least three samples!  I am going to send you a private message to further assist!
