Wrong Reward Sent

In all the holiday rush, I was excited to receive my Sephora order - a gift for me!  ๐Ÿ™‚

I was especially excited to see Gucci Bloom available as a reward, since Sephora introduced me to the scent but I'm not sure I want to commit to the full size yet. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong VIB reward despite the right one being listed on the invoice. Sephora, I didn't want to blow 250 points on something I'll never use! Can I exchange or get the reward I ordered?

They sent me the wrong color reward and I spent 2,500 points on it!!! I wanted almost 2 weeks for it to arrive and itโ€™s 3 shades darker than my skin tone!! Even though itโ€™s the right color on the invoice mail. ๐Ÿ˜ณ IDK what to do now.
