Wrong Product

Hello:

I am so disappointed I have received all incorrect products in my order. My order was for tan-luxe glyco water self-tan eraser, but instead I received tan-luxe wash off self-tanner (yuck). I needed this product for some important events next week, and now it appears the product is sold out online. Is there any way I can please, please, get the correct product shipped to me before next week? It is very important and I am highly disappointed. The samples I ordered are also incorrect, but that is not a big problem (just strange).  

 

Please let me know how this can be rectified. Thank you very much for your assistance.

@AlannahLee yikes, so sorry that happened!

I'd recommend contacting CS, either by posting in the Customer Support group or calling. Mods don't read every post outside CS, so there's a decent chance they won't see your post here in Skincare Aware. Good luck in getting it fixed!
