Wrong Play! by Sephora Remedy Box, Please advise

Look, I have never posted a complaint before because honestly Sephora is a company prone to mistakes just like any other company and I get that, but listen guys, when I order a LE Play! by sephora box I really expect to get the correct one. Especially when I order it as a Rouge member before the masses have a crack at it. So why then, when I order a Beauty Remedy Edition I on 10/26 and get a confirmation that I have ordered said BRE I do i then get a BRE II in the mail? How does that even happen if I (and other Rouge members who pays THOUSANDS to be Rouge) ordered earlier than other members? This needs to be "remedied" if you'll pardon the pun. I want my SKII and Tacha products, its what I PAID for, yes?

I also got the wrong box. it arrived Monday and I ordered edition 2, but was sent edition 1. I realize it is only a two product mistake, but I was looking forward to those products. I emailed right away on Monday. I saw online that others were having this issue so I called today. Even though I wasn't looking for a refund, the very courteous customer service rep said that was all they could do. I really was hoping for a better outcome. I have done more research online with Facebook forums and subscription addiction and am wondering about the various responses.

I had the same issue and was seriously dissapointed. In the end they refunded me, but the first woman I spoke to wanted me to send it back for a refund but my issue was if I did that then I wanted my right box! But in the end it's fine I suppose, but I still really would have liked to try the tat have and skII product.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused and that you received the wrong item. There was a mixup with the item numbers for the PLAY! Edition I and II boxes, which is why people have been receiving the incorrect box. I am going to send each of you a private message so that I can further assist you with this.

I had the same issue as everyone else. I ordered edition 1 because I eanted the Tatcha but got #2. Are these going to be restocked at all?

I am in the exactly the same situation. Wanted Edition I because of the SK-II and Tatcha products but instead got Edition II. There are SO MANY people who received the wrong boxes, and Sephora's reason is that the one they wanted was out of stock... Does not make much sense because there are people who wanted I but got II and also the other way around.

The 'out-of-stock' explanation does not explain why people who wanted I got II because I was out of stock; people who wanted II got I, because II is out of stock as well but I isn't??

I heard they compensate you with some points, which doesn't mean much. I guess there's not much we can do.

Ugh, I ordered  the edition with amore pacific, but received tatcha & sk - I already own those full size.  I was excited that the box I wanted was the one available as my luck is usually the opposite lol.  Well duh. Of course I should get the wrong box then 😫
