Wrong Play Box!!!!!

I finally received my Play box yesterday only to see it’s totally different from what my app shows that I would receive. I’m so upset. Not only did it get lost and it took a week or more to locate but it’s got the wrong contents!!!! What’s going on here???? I’m so upset.

I'm so sorry the items listed on the app are different from the items you received in your box and for the delay receiving your box! The issue has been reported to the appropriate department. I understand this has been a disappointing experience and I apologize for the app error and delay!
