Wrong Package

Hi! I ordered a kvd palette and some ud mascara October 5th. First of all it took forever for me to receive it when usually it takes a few days to get here. It was at the “destination scan” for like a week. I received the order finally on October 17th, I opened it up and I was soooo mad to see that they got my order completely wrong. There was no samples, as usual because I haven’t been getting my samples when I would order something for MONTHS now, and I got two things I never even ordered. Sooo I had to ship it back.. this was about a couple days ago. I wanted to ask will I get an email when they receive it or will they (hopefully) just ship back out my order but with the right items?? How long does this process take? I really don’t wanna get in the customer service mess.. but I paid almost $100 and for a student working part time, that’s a lot for me. And I reallllyyy wanted this palette. What should I do?
