Wrong Order Received

I received one of my orders during the VIB sale yesterday. The packing label has my information but the items in the boxes are not mine. When and how will I get my original order?

Don’t hold your breath.  You could be out of money. This happened to me twice. I ordered $62  foundation and I’m stuck with lip balm. Sephora won’t correct the issue.

What was the resolution?   I'm in the same boat.  No response so far and I'm without my makeup.   Booo!

Good morning! I called customer service the morning I realized what had happened and they sent me a return label to return the incorrect items and they sent me my original order.

Call them and ask them to immediately send your items. They made this mistake with my order last year and actually expected me to pack up and ship back the other items before my order would be sent out. Don't do that, it's their mistake.
