Wrong Address

Hi, I ordered $553.19 worth of fragrances from Sephora on May 4, 2023 and after a few days, when the package didn't arrive I realized I entered the wrong street address but everything else was right.

I have been trying to recover my package for 2 months now by talking to the company (Parcel Forwarding Services) that owns the building of the wrong street address, they said that the package was not delivered. I've talked to Sephora and i was told that there was nothing to do with packages sent to Parcel Forwarding Services, even when the full address does not exists (so i wonder ¿how they could sent the package if the street address does not match with the rest of the address?).

They've all told me to wait a few days to search the package but apparently no one has responsibility on it, except for me. And now it's been 2 months and i'm desperate to find it. It was a really big order and i could not lose that amount of money.

Although it was my mistake, the address does not exists. ¿So how could it be shipped or even delivered?

EDIT: Sephora keeps telling that the package was delivered and that they has nothing to do with packages sent to Parcel Forwarding Services but if the street address doesn't match with the rest of the shipping info (like i said, i've put the wrong STREET ADDRESS only) ¿how they could send it? and they didn't even call to verify anything about the address.
