Wrong 100 point Perk

Hey Mods,

 

I placed an order last week (to get the Tom Ford lip point perk) and when I got my order, I had the wrong item. I have called and emailed Sephora and have been told my points have been reimbursed as the item is sold out. Its been 3 days and my account hasn't been updated. Can I get some help please? Thanks!

 

p.s. I really don't want to call again and wait in line if I can avoid it.

Unfortunately, it keeps coming in and out.  If they are really out of stock of this item, they need to have better control of the website it keeps showing up, add to cart and it disappears.  Very disappointed.
