Would any mod please help regarding my Rewards Bazaar issue?

I got the KVD 3k point perk the day it went live and patiently waited. I received my “reward” 3 days or so later with the eyeliner, saint mini perfume intact, sinner spilled everywhere and no sunnies. I was like bummed but I thought they might ship separately because I also snagged the 1k point kvd perk and brush ships later. I also wondered if someone messed with my mail so I asked my HOA president to look at security cameras but he was away on vacation and took him a while to get back to me. Video shows nothing. I emailed cs and all they did was refund me 300, thats 3 hundred not thousand points. It cost me 2700 points for 2 deluxe samples? That’s pretty bad. I also realized someone else on the boards here had the exact same thing happen to them and they got a WAY different outcome! I am so sad, I could cry. Please some one help.

and their 750 points one dropped on friday inatead of tuesday/thursday. i understand they had everyday rewards till xmas but figured thwy were just 100 point items. so I missed out on trying to ge tthe 750. hope they resolve your problem
