Worst customer service ever!

Has anyone else been blocked to order online and have to wait months to get the issue resolved? I had an issue of fraud years ago where someone hacked my account and ordered an expensive perfume to be picked up in person at a Sephora store nowhere near where I lived. I caught the charge immediately and called the store where the pickup was to occur. I spoke with the store manager and explained the fraud and they assured me they would not let the person pick it up as they hadn’t arrived yet and told me they would issue a refund as well. Long story short they never refunded my money so I had to do a chargeback. Mind you they never let the perfume be picked up so they never had any monetary loss. Years later I go to order online and my orders keep getting canceled. I call and they say “Oh it’s for an old chargeback, there is a flag on your account. I explain my story and they say they will put in a ticket to have the chargeback and flag removed. I receive an email that it’s been granted and I should be good to order. I go to place another order and it’s again immediately declined. I call back and am told it’s on their end now and it’s their system. Fast forward 2 months later and I still cannot order. I’ve spoken with over five different representatives and each one tells me they have to put in a ticket to get it resolved  and to give it 5 business days. Well guess what it’s still not resolved and I’m beginning to feel like no one knows how to do their job here. I’m getting ready to cancel my account and close my credit card as well as this is not how you treat loyal customers that have spent a good amount of money at your store over the years! I am so frustrated with the lack of common sense and their horrible customer service. It should not take over two months for a customer to get their issue resolved! Oh and guess what? You gave me a $20 credit for all the hassle of not being able to order online over a month ago and now it’s getting ready to expire because I still can’t order online! Go figure!
