Worst Sephora Store

I have been to Sephora stores all over the US and by far the worst isHamilton place location in Chattanooga, Tennessee. They never seem to beable to do makeovers and have an excuse- out chairs are full- ok when is your next availability- please hold (over 5 mins) uhhhh we won’t have availability until after the next year (it’s only October) really. Somebody explain to me why I am a Rouge and even still shopping at this store. It’s the closest one within a 2 hour drive and that is the only reason I go. Somebody in corporate contact me immediately. The store manager and district manager never can help and are part of the problem. I’m giving this a week and taking my complaints all over social media after this. I’m so frustrated with Sephora for letting this store fallapart. And they let their best employee Jen get away. Bring her back and the other 5 good employees you had before you changed store management and get a new district manager. I need this store to be like Northpatk in Dallas or Stonebriar in Frisco, Texas. This store is like a bad convenient store you go into only when everything else is closed. Call me Sephora! Get secret shoppers in this store now. Better yet. Where is undercover boss when you need it. This is badly needed.

I got your message and was surprised to hear that I didn’t want a complaint regarding this store. I DO want it to be known not just to the store but corporate as I have gone to the store manager, district manager(Britney) and nothing has been done other than the district manager telling me that she understood if I didn’t want to shop here. I need corporate to send secret shoppers. For people to try and book makeovers- tge Rouge free 45 min makeovers and others to be told oh they don’t have anything until next year. I can not believe management does not care. I don’t want excuses
