Worst Customer Service

Had the worst experience today at your Douglasville, GA location within JC Penny’s in the Arbor Place Mall, and as a result I will never shop there again or perhaps at any other Sephora’s.  I patiently waited in line for a cashier to finally show up, but when she came I was asked to continue to wait while she took her time filling perfume testers.  After watching her slowly fill 2 bottles and stop to pause to look around the store I asked if there were no cashiers available at which she responded “I asked you to wait”, and then rolled her eyes at me.  The problem I have is that I had waited, I waited for her to eventually come to counter and then I continued to wait for her to fill perfume bottles which was something that could have waited.  In addition, the roll of the eyes was rude and totally unnecessary.
