Won’t let me log in so I had to make a new account. 🤬

Never ordering from this company again. I ordered a bottle of 1 million spend 97$ roughly and never got a confirmation but it showed up in my recent orders. Then I tried looking today and it said I didn’t have an account so I had to make a new one just to post this even tho I ordered the cologne a couple days ago. High unsatisfied with how this company works. Hopefully I still get my order with the samples Friday when it’s supposed to be delivered but I’ll never know when they deliver it since I can’t find anything that even says I purchased it.  🤬🤬

Did you check the junk mail in your email? Sephora sends out confirmation to each order that I have placed.

I checked. No email sadly. I even tried logging in an it made me have to create a new account pretty much saying I didn’t have an account before even tho a few days ago, I was logged in an could even see that I purchased my order. I have no idea what’s going on with my order. It’s pretty frustrating.
