Winter Park store

I would like to tell everyone about my experience 

I was there on Friday interested in a tinted moisturizer 

had one in mind from some of the reviews I had read

i walked around until I found the brand at least 3 employees walked past me without acknowledgement 

I finally walked up to 2 ppl standing doing nothing and asked for gelp

one young man volunteered

I told him the one and he said ok Rather than ask me to go to makeup bar to apply he did it in the aisle (Rude)

Rather than ask if there was anything else he just walked away

Very unprofessional and very rude

Needless to say I will never set foot there even though it is closer nor will ever recommend

This is literally a mirrored image of all of my Sephora experiences. I’m a very loyal shopper and this is the only place I buy my makeup. I was hoping that maybe it was just a few rude cast members and I could just avoid them, but it seems to be the whole store! I guess this is part of a Sephora employee’s training now.
