Wildfox rewards

I was told that the wildfox perfume and bike reward will be delivered to me 4 weeks from 9/29/17 and I haven’t received anything nor email confirmation or updates? Please help!

I’m having the same problem with the engraved makeup for ever brushes from oct 18th so not as long as you. I did call to find out what was going on. They had no clue and just refunded my point. That’s great and all but it took me months to finally get a big points perk. Did yours ever come?
