Why was my review deleted (twice!)?

Howdy, A few days ago I reviewed the Milk Kush mascara. My original review was deleted and I don’t know why. It wasn’t rude or condescending, and was an honest account of my negative experience with the product. Maybe it was too long? I submitted a second review—a shortened version of the original review. That one was also deleted. Again, I don’t know what I did wrong. Just now I tried a third time to review Kush, just to see if I could (the 3rd review was even shorter), and I got a “something went wrong” error message. At this rate I’ll probably never review another product at Sephora again. I’m too discouraged now. But I’d like to know what rules I apparently broke that got my reviews deleted. Thanks.

...And my product review has been deleted AGAIN. For the 6th time now. I’ve tried substituting words that might be on the word filter. (I still laugh about “burn” being a filtered word.) I’ve tried shortening the review so much, it can’t possibly be called too lengthy. And you know what, I give up. Whoever’s deleting negative Milk Kush reviews, or I guess whoever’s downvoting negative reviews enough to get them removed: you win. Congrats. 

Interestingly, my 5th version of this review was deleted as soon as I changed my BIC profile picture. That happened just a few days ago. That’s very strange. Not sure if that’s happened to anyone else? 

Also, I noticed someone else’s negative review was recently reposted. I’m pretty sure I saw their review a few weeks ago, and a quick scan of negative reviews now shows a newer date on their review. I hope their review survives!

Headline: There are better mascaras in this price range 

Review: If you have watery eyes (perhaps from allergies), wear contacts, or occasionally fish dirt or lashes out of your eyes, don’t wear this mascara. I tried wearing it twice. First time, it smudged everywhere when one eye watered a tiny bit. Second time, it flaked like crazy round the 2 hour mark—and I hadn’t touched my eyes or lashes at all. Some flakes got into my eyes and irritated them a lot, resulting in tears and smudging. I’ll give it one star for plumping up my lashes, but the cons far outweigh that single pro.
