Why was my order cancelled?

Order Number:  sephora why my 2 orders were canceled? I have paid for this order from 2 of my own gift cards. Also, this has happened twice and I wanted to take advantage of the 2017 reward which was $25 but now I can't do it. I am a VIB ROUGE. This is not a Fair treatment.
