Why my order says unsuccessful authorization?

I just place a order like 4 hours ago ang my orders has been cancelled due to UNSUCCESSFUL AUTHORIZATION. My last order that success is on 16 September, but today it cancel my order. I use the same payment method. What is the reason this is happening ? Can someone help me?

Hi its me again, i already place new order but it still say unsuccessful authorization. I dont know why Sephora reject me, i hope any Sephora advisor can help me solve this issues
