Why is the first Naked Palette back to $66 and not 50% off?

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the app but it showed the price for the first Naked palette as $27 but when I clicked on it, it lead me straight to the cherry palette but when I searched up the Naked palette, the price was marked as $66 which is the original price. This isn’t the only time the app has been misleading.It has shown me that the Sultry palette is $45CAD but when I refresh it’ll show was 59.

I apologize that the URBAN DECAY - Naked Paletteis currently on sale in the US and not in Canada. I understand that can be disappointing. I will forward this feedback to our Retail Division for review. Thank you!

Hi @xcngo,

What you are seeing are current US prices on Sephora.com. I would refresh by logging out of all devices, downloading any app and device updates, restarting, then once you log back in be sure to switch to Canada if shopping in Canada. 😉

Okay that makes sense. Thanks but that doesn’t answer my question as to why the Naked palette isn’t 50% off on the Canadian website but it is on the American?
