Why is my review deleted?

I recently posted a review for Tarte Tarteguard sunscreen and how I had received a product with an expiration date of 6/17 (i purchased the item 5/17) and how I received no help from Sephora regarding this purchase. I called a customer service employee who told me the "sunscreen part of this product will expire but you can still use this as a lotion" i'm not even kidding. I also noted that my local Sephora store had stocks of already EXPIRED sunscreen with expiration date of 2/17. this is a valid review and it is something other customers SHOULD KNOW before they purchase an expired sunscreen in their local Sephora because apparently you guys do not keep track of how old your items are. My review was up and now is deleted. Can you explain why I received absolutely no help from you guys regarding purchasing a product that will expire in a month and why you would delete my review? I shouldn't be a VIB rouge and spend money on expired items.

I love the Benefit Stay Put eye primer. When I'm taking my makeup off at the end of a long day my eyes still look amazing, also - ALTHOUGH I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS HABIT - I even did a 'test' one night & left my eye makeup on. I'm not even kidding you - my eyeshadow was STILL ON and still looked GOOD the next morning!!

I found an expired (by 2 months) box of Dr Dennis Gross Daily Peel pads/treatments at my local store yesterday. It was the largest box (60 treatments) so it was very expensive. I didn't bother pointing it out as I'm SURE nothing would have been done. As far as deleting reviews, I think it's about much more than just adhering to the guidelines. It has happened to me just once but I now feel like I can't trust reviews. And what about all of the reviews from those who received free product? Unfortunately, I don't feel like I can trust those either despite the reviewer saying, "...in exchange for my unbiased review".
