Why is my order stuck in progress for over a week?

I ordered an item over a week ago , and my order is stilling showing “ in progress “ I have tried contacting customer support but no one is getting back to me ! This order was a gift for a friend for her birthday and I’m worried it won’t get here in time even though I ordered it way ahead of time! Anyone else having this issue?
