Why is my order still pending?

I placed an order on Saturday. We are now 4 days later And the order is still processing. Why is it taking so long? Shopping online is supposed to be convenient but I would have driven the 20 minutes to my nearest Sephora if I thought I’d have to wait forever for my order!
