Why is my order still pending?

Hey, I placed my order two days ago and it's still pending. Since Sephora usually processes it straight away, I was wondering if I should be worried? Is there any way I can speed it up, since I really don't want my order to get cancelled.

Same here. I ordered several days ago and it's still processing. How can you advertise 3-day shipping when it takes you more than 3 days to even get it out the door? I've been very disappointed to find that many other people have had this experience with online orders from Sephora as well.
