Why is my account flagged ??

Sephora’s company is being ridiculous I buy so many cosmetics from this company they cannot even contact me to let me know my account is flagged what ever that means or why are the cancelling the online orders I placed and received a confirmation email from. After I have gone shopping in store & spend about 500$ or more just in the last four weeks buying Christmas gifts . You know what I hope they fix this mess they made their customer service was not helpful in identifying what is the issue .

I was never told I was flagged either. But now I have found out too late and it is during the covid-19 crisis and they won't do returns for me. There are also items that have said ship even though they haven't gone anywhere and they told me that there's nothing they can do about it I won't get my money back and I won't receive the item. They're telling me that apparently Canada Post has it even though I don't believe that because three other Sephora customer service agents have told me it's still at the warehouse including a supervisor. But if this item is lost I will not get a refund or get a reship. That is just stealing
