Why is flash shipping $15 a year now for Rouge???

Hello, 

i just got an email saying my free flash shipping is ending and I can choose to receive that as a free perk (or choose 750 bonus points or choose 4 free makeovers) for my upcoming 2019 vib rouge status... I thought it came free regardless for rouge members? 

If if I choose the bonus points does that mean I now have to pay $15 for flash shipping for the year? 😞

If you choose the bonus points you will still receive free standard shipping with no minimum purchase. If you would like to continue your FLASH shipping then you can select the free FLASH shipping as your celebration gift.
