Why is comenity banks online portal always down?

Comenity banks portal for Sephora Visa cards has been down for two weeks. Unacceptable, I feel like this is done intentionally so that we aren’t able to pay on time and they can fraudulently rack up late fees and also take back your rewards as they expire. Zero communication from the company when they are down ( and they always are) when COMENITY should be notifying consumers and WAVING any late fees accrued due to their negligence. I don’t know any other credit company that seems so fraudulent in their practices. When will online access to d.comenity.net be restored?
