Why is FLASH shipping being anything but?

What is up with shipping?!? I've had numerous orders come later than expected. I currently have two orders waiting to arrive...one was ordered 9/23, shipped 9/24 and still hasn't arrived (the arrival date has moved from 9/26 to 9/27 and now is 9/28). I had another order earlier in the month that they said "arrived" but it never did (I actually have screen shots where it said it may be "delayed". The shipping information then changed later that day to say it arrived the day before, which didn't happen). Plus, my August PLAY box shipped but never arrived. Every single problem I've had has been Lasership shipped packages. UPS ones always get here and aren't the delayed ones. You're going to alienate customers like me if this keeps up (and I haven't been a customer long but I've been busy). The closest Sephora store is almost an hour away from me, Sephora inside JCPenny is closer but doesn't have the selection I want. If you all can't get your shipping problem fixed, I'll take my business to Ulta or order directly from the manufacturer.

So I just had the weirdest thing happen. My order from earlier in the month (Ordered 9/9, as of morning of 9/15 said \"may be delayed\" & by afternoon 9/15 the shipping track said it arrived 9/14, it didn't) just arrived...with 2 of the 4 products missing, the promo sample open and the box of one of the products has definitely been opened and it looks like the rollerball inside used (levels look lower). I opened the box thinking one of my 2 current orders arrived...but when I investigated the box, the bottom had previously been opened and retaped.
