Why i cannot use 20% off promo code

No, I don't have exclusive items. After inputing SAVINGS, it says "the promo code savings cannot be used with the beauty insider cash promotion".

The sale cannot be combined with the beauty insider cash promotion or anything else. If you have 500 points for $10 off selected you need to remove that
