Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

I submitted an order on the 12th of November, during the 20% event. I haven’t gotten any updates, emails, or status changes, just that my order is still ‘processing’. I knew that there would be delays, but no email or update 8 days later is disheartening and i really wanted my items before thanksgiving. If I could get any kind of update on why my order hasn’t shipped yet or status on when it’s coming that would be very much appreciated.

give them a call! the same thing happened to me on 3 orders I have made in the past week. plus I paid for flash 2 day shipping and everything has been sent ups ground which takes about a week to get it.

It’s been 7 hours since I️ posted this and I’ve seen other people get a reply within an hour or two. Can someone please help me with this issue??
