Why don’t I get samples?

Why don’t I get samples anymore? My last few orders have not come with samples. I understand if you’ve run out of the selections I chose but why not send a substitution then? It’s seems like a nice perk to my orders but every time the box comes, I’m annoyed. I spend time choosing the samples I want to try but it doesn’t matter because nothing in the box.

I'm sorry, @jnetti, but you're right--sometimes Sephora runs out of a specific sample that you've chosen.  Frustrating, yes, but ultimately the samples are an added perk that not all retailers even offer so while it's nice to get them it's never a given.
