Why do you have to be 18 to work at Sephora????

ugh i've wanted to work at Sephora for years and right now I'm 17 going 18 and every time I go there they compliment my makeup and tell me I should work there. They ask me how old I am and I said 17 and they told me to apply when I'm 18

I'm sorry about that! Please note, each state has its own laws relating to employment, including the employment of minors. Additionally, as you'll be turning in 18 next year, I may suggest providing the store with your resume so they can have it on file!
