Why do I pay for flash shipping?

I never get my packages in two days anymore. It's always marked delivered. But it's not there. Why does sephora allow this to happen? We pay extra for a service and expect to be provided the service. If you can't keep up then don't lie to us about the time line. I would rather wait 3-7 days and find a package at my front door than have to wait and hope they havent lost my package for 3 days after the so called delivery. I won't waste my money on your so called expedited shipping service. I would rather spend that my money elsewhere.
